Juno what I mean?

Just got back from a dinner and movie date with Oscar. We saw "Juno" and it was my second time. I really love that movie. When I got home after seeing it for the first time I decided that our first born daughter should be named "Juno." (Note: We are NOT pregnant.) That went over like a turd in the punchbowl with both Oscar and Holder. Holder said that Juno was a dumb name, but that he'd settle for Junie B. after the "Junie B Jones" books he loves so much. The movie is so clever and the girl in it, Juno, is quirky and free-spirited...my kind of girl!
Anyway, I can tell I'm getting older because my last night "out on the town" with my hubby before leaving to Iraq for three months consisted of eating dinner at 5:30 p.m. We were seriously the only people in the joint under 50 years of age (not that 50 is old, 50 is the new 40 or is it 30?) And then we took ourselves on a wild excursion to Bed, Bath, and Beyond to purchase an Ionic Breeze or two. Buy one, get one 1/2 off! We're wild!
Oscar is convinced that the house still stinks(and I might have to agree) even after the pee carpet in the closet was replaced today. He said that the money he would have to spend on therapy from going out of his mind due to the smell would have cost us more. So now we have two Ionic Breezes. We plugged the first one into the bathroom and it did zippo. Apparently it's a silent deal. It makes me wonder if it is really doing anything or if we are just one of the millions of suckers who bought something that drains electricity from us but just has the placebo affect on our smellers. Stay tuned...
